The tour price is strictly based on itinerary and services mentioned hereunder. We reserve the right to pass on anyterms and conditions increase received from the hotels, ground or air transportation companies, Govt., taxes, local guides, escorts or other similar services, prior to the arrival of the group in Pakistan.

Accommodation

The operators using Govt., ratings classify hotels. The operators reserve the right to make substitution with hotels of similar or higher ratings. Accommodation is based on two person sharing a twin bedded room may be private bath or shower, at the hotel selected or similar. A single room may be provided at an additional supplement (mentioned with each itinerary). Rooms are assigned upon arrival based on current availability and may vary in size. In the even a hotel substitution becomes necessary, a comparable class of hotel will be provided, however, amenities may not be the same.
We normally provide accommodation on good tourist class hotel/motels for our standard tours. Please let us know if you need deluxe accommodation or any other kind of accommodation.

Three meals a day or as specified otherwise in the itinerary.

A coach, on normal roads/highways and or caravans top jeep on jeep-able roads.

Services of an English speaking guide, approved by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of Pakistan, are included in the tour price. Guides speaking French, German, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Spanish and other European Languages can also be provided on extra charges.

Domestic Airfares are included in the cost. Flight to/From the destinations. The flights for Northern Pakistan are subject to good weather and may be cancelled due to bad weather conditions.

Laundry, drinks, telephone calls, tips, postage’s and any type of personal expenses, hotel and room bills for any extras including meals not taken with group as indicated on the tour programme, optional sightseeing and transportation, insurance of any kind.

Insurance coverage is not included in the tour price. Therefore, all tour members are strongly recommended to have health, accident, luggage and trip-interruption insurance before arriving in Pakistan.

Please confirm your tour/trek at least 30 days in advance with travelers rooming list.

Please send 50% of the total amount with confirmation, in US Dollars, through a bank draft or telegraphic transfer at least 30 days before the arrival of the group through a bank draft/telegraphic transfer and 50% payment 24 hours before departure of the tour.

When every confirmed tours or treks are canceled. We reserve the right to levy nominal charges of 20% to cover administrative expenses involved, together with whatever cancellation fees that may be charged to us by any company supplying materials or services. Tours/Treks must be canceled 20 days in advance in order to waive off the cancellation charges.

Omar Travels & Tours or their agent hereinafter called “The Operators” act only as agent for the providers of accommodation, transport or any other services, hereinafter called “The Service Providers” and the travelers acknowledge that neither the Operators nor its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall be responsible or become liable in contract nor shall be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity which may occur to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service provider or “force major” or other events beyond the operation’s control, including, but limited to war, civil disturbance, pilferage, delays, strike, severe weather, Acts of God, acts of government, accidents to or failure or defect of machinery equipment, vehicles of industrial dispute.

The Operator shall not be liable for, or responsible to, any tour member in the even of dissatisfaction with the standard of service or accommodation provided by any service provider or be liable or responsible for any disappointment, distress, lack of enjoyment arising from any act or omission what-so-ever.

The traveler should understand that during the course of the trip certain risks and dangers may occur, including, but not limited to the hazards of accidents or illness in remote places without medical facilities, and by the forces of nature. The traveler agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey and agreed that the operators, its employees, agents and any members of the group shall not be held liable for a personal injury, death, illness or delay to the traveler or nay subsequent loss or damage to the traveler or the traveler’s property during the course of the trip, however caused, whether occurring in the country of the itinerary or elsewhere.

The traveler also understands that he/she is traveling in areas, which may be remote, subject to varying climatic conditions or politically unstable. Should the operator deem it advisable to amend an itinerary for any reason, it do so by shortening, varying or completely re-routing any trip, in which case no objection or claim for compensation should be made by the traveler. These changes are binding and additional expenses, if any, may be charged to the traveler. Refunds will be at the discretion of the operator reserves the rights to cancel any trip prior to departure, in such case, full refund of all payment will constitute full settlement with the passenger. The operator reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of any party at any time.


Travelers must agree to accept the authority of the group guide/leader. The Operator will not accept responsibility or liability for any traveler who contravenes any law or regulation of any country visited. Travelers detained as a result of infringement of any law or regulation of any country may be excluded from the adventure, without any right to refund or any other claim, by the group guide/leader. No employee, servant or agent of the operator has authority to vary these conditions, other services whatsoever or provided.


By acceptance of such coupons and tickets, the tour members agree to the conditions and agree that neither the tour organizers nor any of the affiliated or subsidiary companies shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly, from acts of God, dangers accident to the sea, fire breakdown in machinery. Equipment, demure or de facto, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations delays or cancellations of or changes in the itinerary or insufficient passport, visa or other documents. Neither the tour organizers nor any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies shall be or become sustained or incurred by the tour members as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
