Desrt Safari
This unique tour will take you to the desert of Cholistan,
which was once well watered river Hakra. All along the 500 km of dried up river
is over 400 archaeological sties, which date back to the Indus Valley
civilization 4550 years ago.
Mounted on camel back, visit desert villages, nomadic
settlements, shrines of Sufi Saints and ancient forts. By night, around warm
campfire, enjoy folk song of Cholistani nomadic people. The Safari ends at Lal Sohanra National Park, situated at the edge of Cholistan Desert. Different species of animals and
birds are found in plenty in this national park.
